Valeo Schultz is an Expert Witness, Economist, and Real Estate Value Specialist. Valeo graduated from Brigham Young University, and then obtained his Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago. He also earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Valeo is a state-certified appraiser in multiple jurisdictions. He has over 30 years of experience in economics, finance, real estate valuation, and litigation.
Mr. Schultz created Valuecon to provide valuation consulting services in under-served market segments. Specifically, Valuecon focuses on real estate transactions, appraisals, and disputes, where normal market functions are impaired. Practice areas include: environmental degradation, mining operations, mixed use developments, specialty tenants, eminent domain, regulatory matters, and bankruptcy.
